We all face a daily dilemma: too much to do and not enough time to do it. Time management concerns how we resolve that dilemma. We must make tough choices about what to do and what not to do. Time management is really self-management. This training session looks at the 12 components that will help you save FIVE minutes out of every hour or 200 minutes out of each work-week.
